  • Work with your designer to determine the flooring, millwork, paint and lighting selections that will permeate your brand in all future locations.

• Conceptual Budget

  • With all of the homeowner done up front, our expert construction team is able to provide you with an accurate budget based off of your previously developed Conceptual Floor Plan and Material Selections. Our real-world experience allows us to accurately predict construction expenses and allows you to cost engineer your build prior to ever stepping into a unit.

Armed with a Brand Identity, realistic plans and expectations, you are now properly prepared to begin looking at locations for your new venture or pitching your amazing new business to potential franchisees. Step 2: EXECUTION

• Millwork Drawings

  • Designer will provide you with millwork options, within target budget ranges, utilizing your preselected materials.

• Bathroom Design

  • Plan out your bathrooms, based on the particular unit selected.

• Unit Specific Floor Plan

  • Develop the specific floor plan for your selected unit.

• Buildable Drawing Set

  • Create buildable drawing with detailed elevations itemizing what materials are being utilized in each location to ensure you are receiving “apples-to-apples” pricing on your build out.

• Construction Services

  • If you so choose, our expert team is ready and able to put the signature PEWTER stamp of refinement on your build.
